Consultation Fee
A $25 consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
If you decide to move forward with your custom order, the full $25 consultation fee will be credited toward the final balance of your order.
Because your consultation reserves dedicated time for personalized design guidance and planning, the consultation fee is nonrefundable once your appointment has taken place.
Custom Order Payment
If you decide to move forward after your consultation, a 50% deposit is required before work on your custom piece begins. Your $25 consultation fee will be credited toward this initial deposit.
The remaining 50% is due after your final fitting and approval, once any necessary alterations have been completed.
Additional charges may apply if you request changes to the previously approved design or if other project-specific costs arise. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before the applicable work is completed.
What We'll Discuss
During your 30-minute consultation, we'll talk about:
• The type of item you'd like created
• Your preferred colors, fabrics, and design details
• Sizing and measurements, when applicable
• Inspiration photos or design ideas
• The occasion or purpose for your piece
• Your desired completion date
• Available customization options
• Estimated pricing and next steps
Don't worry if you don't have every detail figured out. That's part of the consultation! Bring your inspiration photos, favorite colors, general ideas, or simply tell me what you're envisioning, and we'll explore the possibilities together.
How the Custom Process Works
1. Book Your Consultation
Reserve a 30-minute custom order consultation for $25 and provide a few details about what you'd like to have created.
2. Let's Talk About Your Vision
We'll discuss your ideas, preferences, fabric options, desired fit, timeline, and inspiration.
Measurements may also be taken when applicable.
3. Review Your Custom Order
Following your consultation, you'll receive the details needed to make an informed decision about moving forward, including estimated pricing, timeline, and any additional project requirements.
There's no pressure to place an order during your consultation.
4. Let's Create
Ready to move forward? Once your custom design, pricing, and project details have been finalized and approved, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.
Your $25 consultation fee will be credited toward your initial deposit when you proceed with your custom order.
The remaining 50% balance will be due after your final fitting, once you have tried on your completed piece and confirmed that no additional alterations are needed.
Your custom piece will be released for pickup, delivery, or shipment once the final balance has been paid in full.
Custom Clothing Orders
Custom clothing may require multiple appointments to achieve the desired fit.
Depending on your order, the process may include:
• Initial consultation and measurements
• First fitting
• Final fitting and adjustments, if needed
• Final pickup or delivery
Travel consultations may also be available for clients who prefer measurements and fittings at another location. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance and will be discussed before your appointment is finalized.
Consultation and Booking Policy

If you decide not to proceed with a custom order after your consultation, there is no obligation to make a purchase.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email info@alluringcustomdesigns.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
Cancellations: Cancellations received at least 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund of the $25 consultation fee.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when requested at least 48 hours in advance. Your existing consultation fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Missed Appointments: No-shows are nonrefundable and will require a new consultation and consultation fee if you would like to rebook.
Late Arrivals
To ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
If you arrive within the grace period, your consultation may continue but will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may require a new consultation to be scheduled.
Before You Book
Custom pieces require time, care, and attention to detail. Availability and turnaround times vary depending on design complexity, fabric and material availability, current order volume, fittings, and your requested completion date.
Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee acceptance of a custom order. Alluring Custom Designs will review your request and determine whether the project can reasonably be completed according to your needs and requested timeline.
Additional expenses, including travel fees, rush-order fees, specialty materials, shipping or delivery, and other project-specific costs may apply when applicable. Any additional costs will be discussed before your custom order is finalized.
