Each order is prepared with care, and we want you to know what to expect from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.
Processing time includes preparing, packaging, and transferring your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
While we always aim to prepare orders as quickly as possible, the 3–7 business day processing window allows us to give every order the care and attention it deserves.
Custom Orders
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, creation and processing times will vary depending on the item, design complexity, materials, fittings, and current order volume.
Your estimated completion timeline will be discussed and agreed upon as part of the custom-order process.
Once your custom piece is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive shipping and tracking information when applicable.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
Enjoy FREE standard U.S. shipping on eligible ready-to-ship orders with a merchandise subtotal of $125 or more.
The $125 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable fees.
Free shipping applies to eligible standard shipping only. Expedited shipping, when available, may be selected for an additional charge.
Custom Order Shipping
Custom orders are not included in the $125 free-shipping promotion.
Because every custom order is unique, shipping and delivery needs may vary depending on the size and type of item, packaging requirements, delivery destination, and other project-specific considerations.
Any applicable shipping or delivery costs will be determined individually and discussed with you as part of your custom-order estimate before your order is finalized.
This ensures that you know the applicable costs associated with receiving your custom piece before committing to your order.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please remember that our 3–7 business day processing period is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time.
Carrier delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed by Alluring Custom Designs.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, high-volume shipping periods, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Please Check Your Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@alluringcustomdesigns.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery of the package are outside of the direct control of Alluring Custom Designs.
If your tracking information shows a delay, we recommend allowing additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check around your delivery location and any designated package areas.
• Check with members of your household or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
• Allow a short period of time, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery.
• Contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery status.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at info@alluringcustomdesigns.com so we can assist you with determining the appropriate next steps.
Alluring Custom Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided with the order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@alluringcustomdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and damage
• Photographs of the shipping packaging and any visible damage
Please keep the item and original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photographs or packaging may be needed when working with the shipping carrier.
We will review the information provided and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
Local Pickup
When available, customers may have the option to select local pickup instead of shipping.
Pickup instructions, location information, and availability will be provided with your order confirmation or once your order is ready.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Orders selected for local pickup are not considered ready until you have received a pickup notification.
